|While traveling in Michigan I took some time one cold evening to stop in at George's Smoke Shop and have a nice relaxing smoke. There were a few other brothers of the leaf there (no sisters of the leaf that night, lol). It was fantastic since I could smoke indoors, not freeze my but off, and was able to connect with like minded folks. |
I selected the Drew Estate Undercrown Maduro thinking it would be a bit strong for me but I was wrong. It puffed a nice full smoke and had great full bodied flavors which did not bother me at all. It was a bit uneven toward the end but not a big deal and was a great looking stick. I made sure that i had dinner before hand but on the way back to the hotel i could feel the buzz from the cigar. I'm thinking I enjoyed it so much that I smoked it too fast. All said it was a great smoke and fantastic experience. On the way out I picked up another Rocky Patel Vintage 1999.
Also, I believe this stick was around $7 USD.
